Netflix has officially dropped “Add to DVD queue” for streaming devices because apparently this will improve streaming functionality and save resources. I honestly think Netflix has just been on a downward slope since they split the streaming and DVD plans. This just adds another an annoyance to its customers which may lead to even more people dropping Netflix. I mean how much resources does it really take for your mobile device to just click”Add to DVD queue” and sent to Netflix. Most of the bandwidth and internet speed required to stream instantly from a mobile device comes from the users end, not Netflix. If you don’t have fast internet then your streaming won’t be that great. And disabling the “Add to DVD queue” isn’t going to improve anything in my opinion. I feel that this will be negligible in terms of performance for instant streaming videos. Find out more in the link below.
