Sapphire HD 7790 Dual-X Video Card Review
While there are many different types of gamers, all of them...
Apple announced a pre-Halloween treat today, the unveiling what we can expect to be the iPad Mini. The event will be happening on the 23rd of October at 10am (PST) in the San Jose’s California Theatre. There have obviously been no announcements in regards to price of this product, but I imagine that it will be aimed at the cheaper end of the spectrum, targeted at competing with the Kindle and the Nexus series of devices, the latest of which are priced around $250 depending on which version you get.
This leaves a huge gap between the Kindle Fire HD ($199) and the iPad 3 ($539) [both of these prices were taken from the same website] so with a $300 gap between the products there is quite an obvious gap for the iPad Mini. There has been some rumors that the iPad Mini will not come with a retina display, as is currently in the iPad 3, but I do not think that these rumours will prove to be true as in my eyes it would be a mistake to “downgrade” the device to a lower quality, so it can be sold at a lower price. The Apple iPad mini is expected to be released sometime in November; this is in relation with other Apple unveilings and release dates. Although with the current stocking issues of the iPhone 5 (which should hopefully be sorted before the iPad Mini’s release) it may be a struggle to get hold of one.
