Super Talent has expanded their family of DDR3 DIMMs. These new memory modules feature low operating voltages and a small form factor. They run at 1.35V instead of the traditional 1.5V which allows you to reduce your voltage usage by 10% and still get outstanding performance. They can also deliver speeds up to 1600MHz (PC3-12800) in 8GB formats.

First off, the new DDR3 Mini-RDIMM is great for any application where space is limited. This memory module is only 82mm (3.23 inches) wide which makes it perfect for compact spaces and deliver great power. Secondly the DDR3 VLP RDIMM and VLP ECC UDIMM modules are only 18.75mm (0.74 inches) high which are 39% shorter than the traditional memory module and require 40% less PCB material to produce. They also weigh 20% less than the standard memory modules out there today. With all these features, these memory modules save you space, power, cooling, CO2 emissions, and money.

Super Talent offers a wide variety of DDR3 modules to meet the demands of new and existing system designs. Details of the new DDR3 modules are in the table below.
