Official: LG Optimus G Pro Leaked – 5 inch 1080P Quad-Core Smartphone Beast
In the mobile world six months is like a lifetime and a product that was the Flagship just a few moments ago is now yesterday’s news. LG although recently releasing their Optimus G phone (The basis for the Google Nexus 4) will now be displacing their product for a new version of it in just a short time called the Optimus G Pro, which will be roiling out in 50 new markets even though the market is saturated with the Optimus G.
Slated for release this April according to Japanese carrier NT DoCoMo who also at this time detailed its entire Smartphone product lineup, that by chance also includes the new Optimus G Pro. This all came to light this last Tuesday, but what is the real tree-shaker is the fact that LG themselves have not formally announced the phone at all and is waiting for the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona Spain, which BTW happens next month.
Touting a 5 Inch Display with a 1920X1082p graphics resolution is really awesome and the Optimus G Pro will also feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 Quad-Core Processor, 2 GB of memory, 32GB of built-in storage as well as 4G LTE connectivity for ultra fast web speeds. The OS will be Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. So far we don’t really know the if’s and when’s of this new gadget hitting the United States, but you can bet if it does come out it will make our shores in one form or another. With the overall popularity of the Nexus 4 you can bet the Optimus G Pro will be the Prime phone for the LG lineup.
