I want an Xbox 720 even though I have a sim rig for iRacing with a very high end computer and a Surface RT for sitting on the couch with the wife. She has a Nexus 7.

Oh yea I’m 57 years old with two adult boys that ask me all the time to play battlefield 3 or call of duty.

Elrich I am a pc gamer which i also have an xbox360. This is good news for the people who like to just kill time playing arcade style games on the xbox. I will definetly will be getting a xbox 720 when they come out.

Yes, if you put the PC version on it, it would be totally unplayable, since PC games are written on code compatible with all Windows system. On consoles developers write low-level code, since every single console (for example, xbox 360) has exactly the same hardware. Come on, go ahead an try to play Battlefield 3, all settings at minimum, at 720p, no form of aa, on 512MB of RAM. Yeah, I don’t think you could even start it.

Console games are very different from PC games.

Jorge you put this (and it may even exceed for a little while PC graphics.)
You are completely off your rocker.The only reason you can even play a game at all right now is because the company’s are making he games around your hardware. Which like I said is holding gaming back. If you could put a pc version of the game into an Xbox you would get more than 5 to 10 fps. It would be completely unplayable. So there is absolutely no way in hell that a Xbox would or could exceed a pc even for a little while.
