Huge Biostar Hi-Fi Z87X 3D Motherboard Giveaway!

Some people think that if a motherboard is made by anybody but the big boys that it is not relevant and that is very far from the truth and in order to help perpetuate their name in good light BIOSTAR is giving away 4 motherboards.

That right for the next 4 weeks BIOSTAR will be giving away 4 motherboards. Since Facebook is becoming more and more a place for a business to get exposure the friendly folks at BIOSTAR want to get more notice to their Facebook page.

Their goal is to reach 14K in likes by October 25th and if they reach that goal they will be giving a system away in thanks to one of those lucky folks that reach out and like their page. Many of my Facebook fans have used a recent BIOSTAR motherboard like the HiFi series of products that for both the AMD and Intel platforms provide a solid place at a good price to build your system. If audio is important to you then go check out reviews on the HiFi series of products and you will see that only ASUS and Gigabyte have comparable or better audio, and at a much higher price point.

So what do you have to do to win and how will the winners be picked? Well this one is easy and since BIOSTAR is just now building their page your chances of winning are really good, and all you have to do to win is like their Facebook page and leave a comment telling why you would want the board. Every Friday Gerry Chang will pick a winner from the comments left by you good folks. Plus it only gets better as if BIOSTAR reaches 14K they will give a FREE system out to one of their new found fans. Winners will be contacted via their Facebook account and this contest is Worldwide so don’t be shy, go and get to know BIOSTAR better.

Well, it’s better than the P8B75-V (which is a great budget B75 board) in nearly every aspect, especialy the audio (DUH!). The audio on this on is terrible. I will need a new CPU, but I am sure I can handle that.

A few days back, I bent a few of the CPU Socket pins of my current motherboard. I did somehow bend them back in place, but I am afraid, I will need a new motherboard anyway, and this would one hell of a board to get to replace my current one :D.
