The latest version of Razer’s popular “Naga” mouse, which features a 12-button thumb grid, now has mechanical switches for even greater tactical feedback to the end-user. Additionally, each button is a bit more pronounced than former version of this mouse which means that issuing commands is even easier.
Razer didn’t just stop at the switches either as there’s also been an update to the entire ergonomic form factor. This allows the Naga to more easily fit into a larger variety of hand types. To accommodate this, Razer set the fourth and fifth finger rest positions with a more gentle slope – a by-product of this also means less fatigue over time.
Even though Razer expects to lose money on it, left-handed folks will also be thrilled to hear that Razer released a left-handed version as well. CEO Min-Liang Tan said: “Why? Because we like to do fiscally irresponsible acts for the betterment of gamers worldwide.”
The mouse is now available at Razerzone and nationwide retailers, it retails for $79.00.
