Not to nick-pick but you missed a 0 in the memory speed, it’s 5000MHz, not 500.
However, the look of this card is sweet. It is really nice to see upgrades for the mac other then ram. For the most point up till now, that was about it.

I never understand why the nice design is on the bottom of the card, so in my box the ‘top’ is the circuitry? and not the fan/case side?

is there a nice white card that is not amd certified with better cooling? some cards have hints of white at most but not such a smooth white like this

True, but you could just stick this into a mac pro. 10.8.3 brought 7xxx support to macs

Looks like QUO is going to have the card in the $370 range to work with the projectQ board since they don’t need a Mac version. So now you can save another $80. It will go on sale after the Kickstarter. Can’t wait to see it.
