Introducing the CyberPower Fang Battle Box from CyberPower. Ever though about how cool it would be to really have a portable, but yet still badass PC that could play every game you wanted at a high FPS? Well your day hath arrived my friend as CyberPower a leading PC manufacture You see many a business type person hauling around a briefcase with all their needed information, pens, and such taking up the inside space, but now CyberPower is putting a PC in a briefcase for all new kind of business man, the gamer.

This time however gamers have a choice, buy themselves a laptop and buy a bag or just buy the new Fang Battle Box from CyberPower that acts like a briefcase, but is actually a full fledged PC ready to be taken anywhere in a moments notice. This could be a very handy thing for the ‘UBER” LAN gamer who wants the best he/she can get and still be able to take it with them whenever and to wherever they want to go and game. The concept is pretty cool and although the case is a bit rough being a prototype the idea is a very sound one.

The Fang Battle Box uses off the shelf parts and can house most of the high-end GPU’s that are available currently as well as be totally customizable by the end user during your purchase. The system can be configured just how you like it and even the lighting scheme can be made to your specification at the factory level.  For some this may be too bulky of a solution, but to others this will be sheer gaming heaven with no chains to hold you down. From what I have seen thus far though this is something I would be very interested in, not really for myself, but for my son who wants to be a contender with the likes of White Ra and company.

Pricing as yet to be announced, but many fans of CyberPower know full well what the Fang gaming system is all about, and now the system will come in a travelling briefcase that uses a Micro ATX motherboard that allows the use of a 500W PSU. A lot of people will look and then balk at that aspect, but the fact that the motherboard does not use too much power it works very well in this configuration. CyberPower is a well-known manufacture of custom PC machines located in Southern California that specializes in gaming and unique PCs. So what do you LAN guys think about the new Fang Battle Box? Is this something you have been waiting for, or do you think it is something that you would scoff at? Thanks for reading tech Of Tomorrow and let us know your thoughts on the new Fang and if it has bite!

Interesting but no gpu and m-itx, either way its only portable to a certain degree I mean your still gonna need a car to get around with it the main point of this design is convenience easier setup and carrying handle. Personally I would love to see this as an m-atx or atx or with those options offering single and dual gpu setups (not gonna make a huge difference still easy to carry around house, I mean their are full sized cases with handles that are just as portable).

My bad it does have a gpu, btw it is M-itx u said M-atx might wanna fix that Elric. But again after watching some of the videos im thinking poor cooling still quite thick, and heavy why not just expand to m-atx at least, you could even get a atx in about the same space if it is spaced efficiently and dual gpus I mean honestly ur still gonna be able to get it around the house easily and have easy setup honestly your not gonna get much further with the one that they have now (again considering its thickness and still ways quite a bit), and what about monitor. Even if where ur going has one considering nearly no change in difference wouldnt anyone else like to see m-atx or atx dual gpu and 240 or 280mm rad options

I dont quite understand why that case is so big? It could be made into a steam machine-like case?

Its actually quite small considering what can be fit in there…….
