Rumors have been abound recently regarding the possibility that Amazon is planning to jump into the gaming market, and a possible leak today just adds to the suspicion. Leaked photos originally appeared on ANATEL of a controller design with Amazon’s name right on it.

It’s a fairly straightforward traditional one, featuring an ABXY configuration for the buttons, a D-Pad, two sticks, four shoulder buttons, and home, back, and menu buttons normally seen on Android based controllers. ANATEL’s site states that the controller connects via Bluetooth, and has four lights which most likely indicate the total number of controllers that can be synced to a single device.

With the recent increase in Amazon Prime’s membership fee, it’s possible Amazon is looking to add new services including some form of gaming membership, and Amazon already has it’s own game company opened in 2012, as well as owning Double Helix Games. This is of course still rumor and not any kind of 100% proof of a system or multimedia device in the works, but it’s certainly more information to fan the flames of such rumors.

Did amazon buy out Sega? It looks like a dreamcast/ps4 controller combined without the light
