Coinciding with Thief’s release yesterday, AMD has released it’s latest Catalyst Beta Driver 14.2 which includes a number of fixes for different titles including Minecraft and Mantle usage in Battlefield 4, as well as helping cards run Thief as well as possible.

Current minimum specs include a dual or quad core high performance CPU, 4GB of RAM, and a graphics card on par with or above an AMD Radeon 4800 series or Nvidia GTS 250.

While Mantle and TrueAudio support are currently lacking for Thief, we should hopefully be seeing them added in the next set of drivers within the next month. Full release notes for Beta Driver 14.2 can be found here.
