SteelSeries Opens up Pre-Orders for Wireless Sensei Mouse

Good afternoon Techfans! Today SteelSeries has announced the release and pre-order for it’s upcoming Sensei wireless mouse, as well as the release later this week for SteelSeries Engine 3 CloudSync.

The new Wireless Sensei is reported to only have a 1ms response time, equaling that of it’s regular wired counterpart, meaning zero loss in performance despite the move to wireless, as well as featuring a max CPI of 8200, a claimed 30 million click lifespan, and the SteelSeries repeated favorite feature of 16.8 million different color illumination combinations.

“Until now, a wireless gaming mouse meant compromising performance in exchange for removing the wires. We believe gamers should not be forced to make any sacrifices when it comes to their gear and that wireless doesn’t have to mean there are accepted limitations. The Sensei Wireless finally delivers what gamers should expect in a wireless mouse” said Bruce Hawver, SteelSeries CEO.

The new Wireless Sensei will also be compatible with SteelSeries’s new Engine 3 CloudSync, which will enable users to save and use personal settings regardless of where they are or what machine they’re using, which will also work with the Rival, Siberia Elite, and 9H. Pre-orders for the Wireless Sensei are up now for an MSRP of $159.99.

    I once owned a wireless mouse for my notebook, but I don’t know why somebody whould use a wireless mouse on his PC. Who actually cares about his mouse being wired or not.
    Offtopic: Do you think, my nickname can win me a HDD? I started using it 5 years ago and due to me having had absolutly no clue how to call myself I smashed my head onto my keaboard (true story!). But I don’t know how I managed to hit the letter ‘G’ twice. Also ‘csgo’ in the end has absolutly nothing to do with Counter Strike.

    Razer vs SteelSeries, who is better?.
    Currently using a Razer DeathAdder and I’m happy with it. Anything that “beats” / is better than it?
