Synthetic Tests & Temps

Rounding up our performance results, we also ran a series of synthetic benchmarks that include 3DMark Firestrike, Unigine Heaven 4.0, the Resident Evil 6 NVIDIA benchark and LuxMark 2.0, which tests OpenCL performance.

Both 3DMark Firestrike and Heaven 4.0 showed a big performance increase on the GTX 780 compared to the GTX 680 and while the 780 does perform much better than the 680 in terms of OpenCL performance, AMD cards stole the spotlight in the LuxMark 2.0 testing.
