Batman Arkham City Performance Benchmarks

Batman Arkham City has been a benching favorite of ours for quite a while now because it allows us to get a good idea how NVIDIA cards perform under PhysX environments.

We ran the tests once with PhysX turned off so we could compare the AMD cards and then again with PhysX on ‘high’ so we could compared just the NVIDIA batch.

1080p performance, specifically with PhysX enabled wasn’t a huge difference on the GTX 780 compared to the 680 but on 1440p you can clearly see where the 780 jumps ahead with impressive gains over it’s predecessor.

The gameplay video below is the GTX 780 running at 2560 x 1440 with PhysX set to high.
