Paying for Steam Mods: Right or Wrong?

There was an uproar over paid Steam mods this week that sent the gaming community into a frenzy. If paid mods are to become a thing, there needs to be a system in place which may be tricky to set up but we want to hear from you guys. Should we be paying for Steam mods?
